Lottery Applications

JVL Wildcat Academy Charter School accepts lottery applications throughout the year at both the Bronx and Manhattan campuses. To apply, fill out the Student Application form or contact the numbers below to request a mailed application.

Students with 0-20 credits

Once we notify you that your student has been accepted to the school, the following documents should be submitted prior to your intake meeting:

  • Student Birth Certificate
  • Immunization Records
  • Current High School Transcript
  • IEP (if applicable)
  • Proof of Address (ConEd Bill, Lease, or official government correspondence only)
